Services We Provide

Through Acclaim Meetings, we will help plan your meetings and events by providing site selection, contract negotiations and a service that is first-class! All without adding extra costs! We make sure that the contracts include all necessary protections, such as cancellation clauses, attrition rates and rebooking possibilities. We limit risk and liability; negotiate added services and amenities to help defray costs; and assist your existing team so that they can concentrate on their core responsibilities.
Our process is very simple. On your behalf, we:

• Discuss with your clients’ needs, objectives and budget for their meeting.
• Research the various venues and meeting space that meet objectives.
• Submit all Requests for Proposals (RFP's) to the venues.
• Negotiate with the hotel of your choice on your behalf.
• Make certain we limit your risk!
• Get the best price for you and your small business accounts.
